These Terms of Use govern access to the HOMEWAY product information and enquiry website. They are website-use terms, not terms of sale for an elevator or an installation service.

1. Website operator and purpose

The website at https://homewayelevators.com is operated by Zhejiang Homeway Elevator Co., Ltd. under the HOMEWAY brand ("HOMEWAY", "we", "us" or "our"). It presents residential and villa elevators, examples of projects, technical information and ways to contact us about quotations, support or business partnerships.

Use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If you act for a company or another person, you should have authority to provide information and make enquiries on their behalf. Questions about these Terms can be sent to cnhwdt@gmail.com.

2. Enquiries are not orders or sales contracts

Website content, brochures, model comparisons and enquiry forms are invitations to discuss a project. They are not a binding offer to sell, a final quotation, an order confirmation or a sales or installation contract. Submitting or acknowledging an enquiry, including an automated submission-success message, does not establish any of those agreements.

Any purchase, distribution arrangement or installation scope must be covered by a separate written agreement or written confirmation between the relevant parties. Final specifications, price, delivery, installation conditions, warranty and the parties' responsibilities depend on that written agreement and the project technical evaluation. These website Terms do not replace separately agreed contractual terms.

Drawings, photographs, videos, renderings and installed project examples illustrate particular configurations; they do not establish that the same configuration is suitable or available for every property or market.

Product dimensions, configuration, price, delivery, installation conditions, warranty and any included services must be confirmed in writing following the necessary technical assessment. Colours and materials can appear differently on different screens or in different lighting. Information may change as products or project requirements develop.

References to certificates, standards or safety functions concern the models, components, conditions and scope to which the relevant documentation applies. They do not represent that every product is certified, approved or suitable for use in every country. Obtain and verify the documentation required for the proposed model and local market before relying on it.

4. Site assessment, installation and local requirements

General website information, FAQs, model recommendations and the elevator finder are preliminary guidance. They are not a site survey, engineering design, installation instruction for a particular property, or a determination of compliance with local building, safety, accessibility or other requirements.

Rights belong to HOMEWAY or the respective rights holders. Third-party rights remain with their owners; making material available on this website does not transfer those rights to you.

You may view the website and download materials made available for download for legitimate product evaluation, internal project discussions and enquiry preparation, subject to any accompanying conditions. Keep copyright, attribution and other proprietary notices intact.
