Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between the three series?
Classic offers an enclosed configuration; Panoramic emphasizes glass and open views; Signature uses a circular design. Compare the series, then use the elevator finder or send your project requirements for a more specific recommendation.
What measurements should I provide?
Send the number of floors, floor-to-floor heights, available width and depth, pit depth, overhead clearance and preferred door position. Mark the units on your drawings. If dimensions are not yet available, you can still begin with photos and a description.
Can an elevator be planned for an existing home?
Existing homes can be assessed for available space, structural conditions and access. The suitable model and any building work depend on the site. A site assessment and approved layout are needed before installation.
Are the minimum dimensions the same for every model?
No. Shaft, pit and overhead requirements vary by model, door arrangement and finishes. The published values are a planning reference; the approved project drawings define the final requirements.
Can I customize the cabin?
The 3000 Series pages show ceiling, flooring, handrail and landing-control options . Choose a finish to include it in your enquiry. Compatibility and standard equipment are confirmed for the selected model.
Where can I get CAD drawings and installation manuals?
Use the contact form to ask which documents are available for your model and project. Include the series, model and the document you need.
